This quick path requires Jubilant to be installed.
Steps
After install.
1. Configure a Host Definition
A Host Definition is the settings required to connect to a host.
Launch the Management Console on the local Jubilant install (http://localhost/fjmanage) and configure a Host Definition.
2. Publish Host Definition
Once you have created Host Definition, it must be published so it can be seen by end users.
Launch the Management Console on the local Jubilant install (http://localhost/fjmanage) and publish a Host Definition.
3. Launch the Web Terminal Emulation Client
Once a Host Definition has been published, it can be accessed on the local Jubilant install at http://localhost/fjterm.
To access remotely:
- Make sure the client device attempting to access the Web Terminal Client is not blocked from accessing the Jubilant server by firewall rules.
- Replace
{jubilant-server-name}with the name DNS resolvable host name for the Jubilant server: http://{jubilant-server-name}/fjterm.
Windows Start Menu Shortcuts
Please note that all Jubilant sites can be accessed via the Windows Start menu.
